Shipping

We try to process every order the day it is received but it can take up to two days to process your order.
All orders shipped within the United States are shipped for free and delivered via USPS in 2-5 days. If you need an order shipped quicker, we offer expedited shipping for an additional charge.
We offer International shipping! If you are having your items shipped outside of the United States, your shipping cost will be calculated at the time of check-out.
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a USPS tracking number so you can count the seconds until your scrumptious snacks arrive! International packages will also receive a USPS tracking number.
Depending upon the amount of items in your order, it is possible that you will receive multiple shipments. You will not be charged extra shipping.

If you purchased a shirt, hat, sticker, koozie, coffee mug, or candle and need to return them for some reason, please contact us and we will help you through the return or exchange process.
Due to the sensitive nature of our food products, we can not accept returns. However, if you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact us and we will be happy to speak with you.

Pecans maintain their freshness when they are kept in the refrigerator or the freezer. At Alabama Pecan, we personally recommend keeping them in the refrigerator as the temperature in most freezers can eventually cause freezer burn. However, if you do put them in the freezer and they remain in a sealed container, they will keep their amazing taste for months to come.
